Problem solved.
I guess the new file was a very new version of Autocad. I just received a Autocad 2007 version and it worked fine.

I was clipping from a dwg file and outputting as an autocad 2000 DXF. I did this hundreds of times with previous files but the latest dwg drawings that I'm working on give me the low memory error. Low memory Error
I am using ABviewer 7 to clip a portion of a dwg file and save it as another file using the clip rectangle tool. It worked hundreds of times, but now I've opened a new dwg file and when I do the same clip, it gives me a 'low memory error' when saving. A file is saved but it is empty. It still clips ...
