Is there an adaptation to ABViewer (in the future?)...that will allow Bentley AutoPLANT objects to be viewed and manipulated with the Orbit command?

How can I install the TsgPaintBox component in Delphi 4? Are TsgPaintBox.ShowPoint and TsgPaintBox.Scale properties of TsgPaintBox?
