I have sent you a file via an one drive link to the email address listed above. I could not attach the file directly due to the file size. I do not get an error message. The progress bar goes to 100 % and the viewing window remains white with the 3D controls grayed out. I have left the software alon...

Cannot Open .STEP File. Progress bar rises to 100%. Application displays white screen indefinitely.

FYI: I can open this file in Autocad Viewer just fine.
