Is it possible to create a nesting application?

I want to create an application with delphi just like Svg Nest
I know there are some functions in CAD VCL for intersection detection, Do you think Is it possible to create a delphi nesting by CAD VCL?

Thank you for taking interest in our products. There are plans to add a function similar to SVGnest to our products in the future but we do not have such a ready feature at the moment. You may try to develop it yourself with the current version of CAD VCL or we can consider developing this feature as a custom enhacement for you ahead of our schedule.
