performance with large cad files
Hello,
I am testing CADImportVCL with Delphi 2006 and large CAD files. I have a trial version for Delphi 2006 and I see a performance difference between viewer.exe in the trial that I have compiled vs the viewer.exe in the website download demo. In the viewer.exe from the website download, I can open a 26mb cad file which will load and render within 12 seconds. In the viewer.exe that I compile in Delphi 2006 from the trial version, I can open a 26mb file, but it takes much longer (over twice as long) to open the file and render it. Does the trial have a delay in it? The performance in the trial is not acceptable for our use so it is very important to know why the trial is so slow.
