Hi to all,
I am testing CAD Import VCL at the moment, a very good VCL component I think.
Some questions:
1. On importing a DWG from ACAD-Map 2007 all the entity-handles are "-1". Whats wrong ?
2. Is it posible to get/modify the XData of the entity's ?
[^] Regards
Thomas

Hello!
1. On importing a DWG from ACAD-Map 2007 all the entity-handles are "-1". Whats wrong ?
CAD Import VCL uses Handle while reading file's contents only. We do not recommend to use Handle for other purposes. We need your file to find out the reason of the problem. Can you please send it us to
support@cadsofttools.com with a reference to this topic?
2. Is it posible to get/modify the XData of the entity's ?
Can you please specify what exactly entities' XData you need to modify?
Sergey.

Hello.
The latest version of CAD Import VCL provides unique handles for each entity. DWG support has been improved, including DWG 2007. The software is available for download:
