Good morning we would like to ask you if there is any configuration option when converting to hpgl with the following procedure
Dim hpgl As New CADToHPGL (vDrawing)
so that all contiguous lines are arranged.
Now when you convert a dxf file when converting to hpgl it does it without any order

Unfortunately, there is no option of the HPGL export which would allow to arrange contiguous lines. Could you please describe your problem in details?
