Selection By Layers / Mouse
Hello,
i got two layers on my image, one with a jpg image an one to draw on.
I can draw on the image on the "drawing" layer but when i try to select my drawing the other layer ("image" layer") is also selected.
Can i deactivate a layer so there is no possibility to select another layer?
The mousepointer is "normal" to about the middle of the image, but it change to the "sanp" pointer. As soon as the "snap" pointer is displayed the wrong layer is selected.
you can reproduce the behavioir when you start the Editor Demo an when you load a jpg file directly. When you move the mouse from the left to the right, you see the cursor changing.
Thank you for your Help.

Re: Selection By Layers / Mouse
Hello Roman.
Selecting entities from all layers of a drawing is correct. CAD Import .NET allows to switch off layer's visibility or freeze the layer. The both options are similar to AutoCAD features. You can test with "Layers" tool of Editor demo. The layer's content visibility will be turned off in both ways.
Alexander.
