Viewer with display problem (curve representation)

Hi,

whilst evaluating CADImport using the viewer, I experienced some display problems:
  • Curves change from noncontinuous to continuous while zooming, some even remain noncontinuous (all should be continuous): The "zoomed curves" could indicate displaying problems, the "remaining noncontinuous curves" could indicate interpreting/parsing problems
  • Text elements of different colors but identical size and vertical position are shown with different letter-sizes
  • Overall displaying quality lacks some anti-aliasing (I guess): it looks a little grainy
I checked different versions of 2D-DXF generated by CATIA V5, all of them in semantic mode, as well as a sample file I got from another source (don't know the generating software). I used two different machines with Win7 or WinXP and different hardware.

Thanks for your help!

Hello.
We have tested the described issues with DWG and DXF produced by AutoCAD. However we haven't found mentioned effects with line types and texts. Have you tested with drawings produced by AutoCAD or CAD Import .NET?
Please specify the assembly version number that you use. We can also test the files created by CATIA V5 if you can send them to support@cadsofttools.com.
CAD Import .NET is the developer library that's main purpose is import and access CAD data. Advanced visualization features like anti-aliasing not used by the library.
