IE 7 and CAD ViewX

Hi

A few years ago, my company buyed CAD ViewX License, and developed application. It is a variable document viewer including CAD Viewer using VB, it is serviced with ActiveX.
A developer who developed application went out company.

But trouble is happened.

In IE 7, Only CAD document can't be viewd.
Before IE 7, It is doing correctly.

Do you konow something about it?
Do you know CAD ViewX's behavier concerned security update in IE 7?

Please give me a solution if you know...

Can you please answer the following questions:

1. What CADViewX version do you use (right mouse click over CADViewLib.ocx in the ..\CADViewX\CADViewLib\.. folder)?
2. Can you please send us to support@cadsofttools.com those CAD files which CADViewX failed to view?
3. What operating system do you use?
4. Does CADViewX view all the other files?

Thanks to your quick reply...

The answer to your questions are...

1. CadViewLib.ocx's version is 5.1.1.83
2 & 4 => Can't view all files (of course, These are CAD files )..
In my thought, It is useless doing that I send you to e-mail...
3. My OS is XP SP3 & IE version is 7.

Hello Lina,

The situation is rather strange. We suppose the reason of the problem might be in SP3. We tested CADViewX under Windows XP2 on several computers and met no problems. We will consider the problem deeper and inform you about results.

Hello Lina,

We have installed Windows XP SP3 and IE7 to a clear computer. Then we installed the following version of the component: http://www.cadsofttools.com/download/RL ... thZero.zip
After installing CADViewX we ran HTML demo (..\CADViewX\Demos\HTML\cadviewx.htm). It worked. Please try this version.
