Read data into excel worksheet

Hi, I'm looking for some library can be used from excel office vba (vb6)
for reading text entities: text,position and size of textboxes in dwg file
and get text details of my drawings into excel worksheet.

I download cad import net library sample in spite of my minimal vb.net
experience. Image.Converter functionality seems to be helpful for me,
but couldn't find it, but create library reference from vba for only reading
dwg or converting to dxf for reading data would be enough for my need.

Can you help with visual basic hobby programmer's idea could be realized?
