Deploy Plugins via MSI

Hello,
I have 2 make a Softwarepackage 2 deploy Irfanview with 2 licensed Plugins for 1000 Users!

How do I get the Registration into my Package?

The Tool I have to use is Installshield Adminstudio 10.
