Error message when saving STP file as a PDF

Recently, I began receiving an error message whenever I try save a STP file as a PDF.

The message reads:

"Access violation at address 00007FF9727A6BF6 in module 'igxelpicd64.dll'. Read of address 0000000000000050."

Is a solution for this? Thank for the help.

Hello,

Please try to switch to 2D Wireframe view mode before saving your STP to PDF.
If this does not help, please try to completely uninstall ABViewer, delete the C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\CADSoftTools\ABViewer 15 folder, then install it again. Please note, that the software might ask for license registration after new installation, so please make sure that you have your license registration info saved somewhere before uninstalling ABViewer. If you no longer have your license registration info, you can contact us via e-mail, support@cadsofttools.com.
Then install ABViewer again. If the issue still appears, inform us.
