AB-Viewer not Terminasl Server Ready ;-(

Hello,

we have bought the as of Viewer 5 for us.
Unfortunately, we had too very big problem with the Licenses of the as of Viewers to state this it gave.
We had entered the Licences at the installation, this one himself unfortunately is with every user questioned terminals server logged on the Licenses at this newly. With several users this isn't beautiful.
We already had put the Licences File in the installation directory, too but unfortunately, this also brought nothing.

This product isn't suitable for terminal servers.

Unfortunately, we couldn't we are now after a product of another manufacturer look be helped to there us.
Sorry, This is This isn't good support if one can wait for a solution for 2 months which we still don't have

You opened serious problems in our support and we are very thankful for this.

Special solution for you is sent out. Also we provided some additional licenses as a gift.

If you do not wish to use ABViewer any more we will return your money.

According to my contribution the support contacted us to find a solution.
We have an operational version now this one runs on our terminal servers very well.
