text question with DWG file

I am editing a DWG file and trying to change all the text on a building map at once but I am unable to make "global" changes in height. It appears I need to click on each individual word to change the text. How can the height be changed for everything on the page?

Hello!
Please follow the instructions:
select "Draw -> Quick select" menu item;
select "Text" in the dropdown list "Object type";
set "select all" in the dropdown list "Operators";
press "OK" button;
set new value for the "Height" parameter in the "Properties" panel (available by "View -> Properties" menu item).
Sergey.

Please take a look at the image in your post. It contains "Edit attribs" dialog box which contains "Height" parameter in the turn. Just change "Height" parameter of the necessary attribute.

correct. However that only changes that specific attribute/word. How can I do that for the entire page of words?

Such functionality is not allowed even by AutoCAD. Attirubes wouldn't be changed by a pack pur one pass. This contradicts to it's essence.
