Cannot Open .STEP File. Progress bar rises to 100%. Application displays white screen indefinitely.

FYI: I can open this file in Autocad Viewer just fine.

I have sent you a file via an one drive link to the email address listed above. I could not attach the file directly due to the file size.

I do not get an error message. The progress bar goes to 100 % and the viewing window remains white with the 3D controls grayed out. I have left the software alone to process for 10 minutes and the file did not display. I have an i9 intel processor, 32 GB of ram and a NVidia chip set in a 64 bit windows 10 machine. I do not normally have problems rendering 3D.

EDrawings and Autocad viewer displays this file without a problem.
