does anyone know of an easy way to force ABViewer to be used for all dwg etc formats when deploying via GPO?

Cheers,

Hi guys,
have you managed to get any further with this option? I'm looking to roll it out across the company but without more granular control over the installtion settings etc, I'm going to struggle.

Also, my standard question - is the new version available as msi yet?

Cheers,

Tim/.

Many thanks, guys. Control over the installation would really help me out.

The link points to the msi for v6.0.32. can you update it, please?

Please check your installation paths. If everything is correctly, first remove your MSI version of ABViewer, then reinstall it.

The following link indeed contains v.6.1.0.44: http://www.cadsofttools.com/download/abviewer.msi

ABViewer 6.2.0.60 allows associating with file extensions while installing. It is available at: http://www.cadsofttools.com/download/abviewer.zip

Unfortunately this functionality is unavailable for MSI package.
