ABViewer 9 Slow

When I open a .dwg file in ABViewer 9, the drawing opens quickly, but all the menu items stay grayed out for up to 45 seconds while the cursor just spins. I am using a floating license with 9 Enterprise.

Hello.
Please let us know if described issue takes place on any DWG or some specific DWG drawing opened. The file opened via a network or from a same PC that have ABViewer started?

It happens with any .dwg file opened from the network. Local files do not have the same problem. The problem is occurring on multiple PCs.

Hello.
ABViewer window contains Explorer panel that is active by default. Browsing a network results explorer updating that can take a time. Please switch off the Explorer panel to remove the slow effect.
