Evaluation by batch export

When i open a file with IrfanView are there no problems, but when i do a batch export there is always the evaluation text over the image.
Why? What can i do?

The problem was because of the Batch export runs under another Login(User) on this computer.
Our protection system uses HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SoftGold\... key from Registry. So each user must register the plugin separately.
