Using CadImport in Web Application

I am having trouble getting CadImport to function within a Web application enviroment. Although it seems to work, and throws no errors when Loading From File, the resulting object has a null FileInf, and no converter collection.

Does anyone know of any special configuration necessary to use the component in an IIS enviroment?
