DWG read write DLL

Does CADSoftTools have a DLL, suitable for .NET, which will read and write to DWG format? The entities must be exactly as required by AutoCAD.

Hello,

We prepare a DLL that will support reading from DWG. It will be available approximately upto the end of February, 2006.
We have no DLL that can write to DWG and it is difficult to determine exact term when it will be available.
