Creating polyline between 2 blocks.

Hello Team,
I can create A line between 2 blocks which i have created using code. the start point of the line is location of 1st block and end point is 2nd block. this works fine until now. Now when i move 2nd block , the line end point doesn't change. Can you tell me way where moving the 2nd block would change the endpoint of the line drawn, so it seems the line is always connected with both of the blocks.
