Rotate a cad entity

I was able to rotate the cad entity but the picturebox associated with cad entity is not rotating, its only getting enlarged as we rotate cad entity and hence links associated with that picturebox getting misplaced.
Is there any way to rotate picture box along with cad entity or any other way to handle the issue.
