How can i move only a single line in a polyline?

I have the following problem:

I have this CAD-image



I want to move the selected polyline. But i only want to move the part which is located between point 2 and point 3 like shown in this picture



But your control moves all points of the polyline (like this)



How can i solve this problem? i've been trying for 2 Days without an solution. Can you pease help me?

Hello Peter,

Please follow the instructions:

1. Select necessary polyline by left mous button click.
2. Place mouse cursor over necessary vertex.
3. Make single and careful click by left mouse button.
4. Selected vertex will change color from yellow to rouge.
5. Press and hold pressed left mouse button and drag the vertex.

I know the possibility to move a single marker. But i want to move the line parallel to its orginal position. I don't want that this (like shown in the picture) happens!



Once again: I want wo move a single line in a polyline paralell to its orginal position! Is this possible? If it's not implemented yet, can you give me a few hints how to do it with my own VB.Code?
