Error when opening the file

Hi

We're using ABViewer 6.3 in a citrix environment, meaning everybody is using that same program.
Now 1 employee has no problem at all, while another can open most .dwg-files but for some he receives the next error :

Error when opening the file "<filepath+name">

All files can be found at the same location, same accessrights, same origin.
I've done a profile reset for that employee but no change.

Any idea which setting or files I can look for to change/delete?

Hi Sergey

I've sent you an example file.

Upgrading isn't that easy as we're running 15 servers which only can be upgraded during a maintenance patch once a month.
