Extra Preview Window in saveas-Dialogue

the big "Preview-Window", started from saveas-dialogue (right top corner) is fine, but

- when it looses its focus I (nearly) can not find it any more: it does not appear in taskbar and it is not activated when clicking on saveas-dialogue. I have to find it while minimizing all other windows.
- the command to close the window (cross in the right upper corner) is very small. maybe you can make a command "close preview on clicking the picture"?
