ABViewer Licence

Hallo,
unsere Firma ist in Besitz von 3 Lizenzen des ABViewer 6. Einer der drei Rechner muss nun erneuert werden. Wir würden die Lizenz des ABViewer gern auf den neuen Rechner übertragen. Wie geht das?

hello,
our company is owner of 3 licences of ABViewer 6. 1 PC is to old and will be replaced by another one. We would like to take the Licence from the old Computer to the new one. At least we don't know how it works. Please tell us.

Hello.
Please uninstall ABViewer from PC that will be replaced. Then install and register ABViewer copy at the new PC.

Hello Alexander,

I've uninstalled the viewer from the old engine but the registration at the new PC doesn't work.
I have tried the original key from registration mail by using "copy" "paste". I think it should work ... ?!

By the way, ABViewer was already installed at the new PC as a testversion. Maybe that's why it doesn't work??? I am a little bit helpless ...

Hello Kaschte.
Please make sure ABViewer 6 installed on new PC. Current ABViewer release 7 have different registration data. ABViewer 6 latest release with German help can be downloaded via the link: http://www.cadsofttools.de/download/abviewerde6.zip

You can also purchase an upgrade to version 7 for your current licenses.

The version I have installed was about 1 Month earlier. So it has already been the version 6.
So I still don't know what is going on in this machine.

I'll test it again tomorrow. Maybe the new computer needs some time to come along with the new installation.

Hello Kaschte.
All 3 licenses that you own divided into two license keys. Probably you have tried registration with the key that fully used already. Please try another key. Please let us know if this helps.

I just want to give you a short feedback.

At first:
Now it works!!!
Stupid me.
Thanks to Alexander, who told me the correct login name again. The biggest mistake is usually in front of the screen. :mrgreen:

I used the wrong registration name.

Simple but very effective.

I wasn’t able to see the mistake. I have not checked that the name and email would be so important for registration.
