The Point button allows to draw a point.
Quick Access Panel: 
Ribbon: Editor -> Draw -> Point
Menu: Draw -> Point
After creating a point, snap to the endpoint is active to the added point. In the Fast Entities Input mode several points can be created.
By default the entity Point is displayed one pixel large. You can change the point display mode and size. Changing them affects the display of all the entities Point, which are added to the drawing. The mode and the size of point display are set in the fields Point Display Mode and Point Display Size when no entity is selected.
To draw a point
1. Click on the icon .
2. Click on the specified place or enter the coordinates via the dynamic input.
3. Click when done.
