The Break at point button breaks an entity at a certain point.

Quick Access Panel:

Ribbon: Editor -> Instruments -> Break at point

Menu: Tools -> Modify -> Break at point

 

Select an entity and press the Break at point button.

•move the resulting elements apart by markers:
