Defines whether the ratio between height and width of metafile should be used.

Description

This property allows to defines whether the ratio between height and width of metafile should be used.

If this property is set to False then when export is being executed coordinates and coordinate transformations are used only.

Note: it is set to False for compatibility with previous versions of DXF Export VCL.
